Kelley Is S.P.D.’s “Most Wanted”

Sonora, CA — The Sonora Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Sara Noel Kelley.

This week’s “Most Wanted” suspect has a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Kelley, 26, has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5’3″ tall and 117 pounds.
