County Will Seek Planning Commissioner

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors approved the resignation of one of the Planning Commissioners.

Isaac Kight notified the Board that he is forced to step down as he is relocating to Oklahoma for employment reasons. Board Chair Randy Hanvelt praised Kight’s service at today’s meeting, and the Board voted to accept the resignation. Kight was also recently the Campaign Manager for Rico Oller’s Senate campaign.

The remaining Planning Commissioners include Jerry Morrow, Jerry Baker, Jim Garaventa, John Latorre, Bob Steele and Patrick Stone. The County will accept applications for the open seat and make an appointment at a later meeting.
