A Wind Advisory has been issued for the Sierra Nevada, above 3000 feet, through noon on Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Service, winds of twenty to thirty-five mph should be expected with gusts up to fifty mph.
Winds will increase again Wednesday night but will not be quite as strong.
