24 Year Old And His Mother Arrested

Sonora, CA — Officers from the Sonora Police Department arrested a man with several warrants and his mother, on Saturday, April 20.

Officers went to an apartment on Greenley Road at 9:20pm to serve a felony arrest warrant on Andrew Buzinskis, 24 of Sonora. Buzinskis opened the door but, according to the officers, when he saw them he started to run further into the apartment.

The officers report grabbing Buzinskis and that there was a struggle while getting handcuffs on him. Buzinskis mother, Threasa Hull, 48 of Sonora, attempted to pull the officers away from Buzinskis. After the struggle Buzinskis was cuffed along with Hull.

Later, Hull admitted to knowing that her son had warrants for his arrest. Both were transported to Tuolumne County Jail.

Buzinskis was booked on a felony drug warrant, two misdemeanor warrants, a warrant for violation of Sheriff’s Parole, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Hull was booked for felony accessory and misdemeanor obstructing officers.
