Ski Season Winds Down

Pinecrest, CA — A sign that Spring has arrived…Dodge Ridge has called it a season.

With warm temperatures on the horizon for the coming weeks, the resort says yesterday was the final day of the 2012-13 ski season. Warm temperatures are projected during the daytime and evening hours this week. A resort spokesperson says precipitation is possible later in the week, but snow levels are expected to be above 8,000 ft. Dodge Ridge is planning to open its campground operations as early as April 12th.

Meanwhile, Bear Valley remains open, and the resort has not yet announced a seasonal closure date.
