Sewer Work Postponed

Sonora, CA — The Sonora, CA — No traffic jams this afternoon on Stockton Street in downtown Sonora, at least not because sewer repairs. The Tuolumne Utilities District (T.U.D.) had put out an alert to motorists warning of delays on Forest Road and Stockton Street today and Friday due to sewer repairs. Now T.U.D. says they had to pull that crew to work on an unexpected job that came up. They say the sewer job requires two days so that’s why it has been postponed. T.U.D. expects to begin the work on Forest Road in the next couple of weeks.
