Update: SPI Fire

Sonora, CA — CAL Fire says equipment use sparked a blaze at Sierra Pacific Industries on the 14,000 block of Camage Avenue off of Tuolumne and Standard Road in Sonora. They say the main building was not damaged, instead a large saw dust hopper outside caught on fire just before 2p.m. on Monday. CAL Fire estimates the damages at around $100,000 dollars. The fire was contained around 6:30p.pm. A PG & E crew was called in to fix two downed power lines.
