Day Reporting Center On Agenda

San Andreas, CA — The Calaveras County Supervisors will address several items at their meeting this morning.

Included are plans to open a day use reporting center related to the implementation of the state’s AB 109 program. Tuolumne County has had a day reporting center for over a year. The Calaveras Supervisors will vote whether to finalize a one-year contract with BI Correction Services Inc. to operate a day-use center out of the county jail. As reported previously, it has received the endorsement of the county’s Community Correction Partnership.

The Board will also continue talks about noise issues related to rental homes around Lake Tulloch. Today’s meeting begins at 9am in the Supervisors meeting room.
