Sonora, CA — 2018 was in many ways a record breaking year for the Sonora Area Foundation when it comes to community grants and donations.
This weekend’s Mother Lode Views will feature Executive Director Darrell Slocum. In addition, to speaking about recent highlights, he will talk about planning that is underway related to preparing for disasters in the community. Much has been learned in that realm, and the role of foundations, following the devastating fire in Paradise, California this past summer.
Also, Slocum will talk about the history of the Sonora Area Foundation and its role in the community.
Mother Lode Views airs Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:30 on AM 1450 and FM 102.7 KVML. Mother Lode Views can also be heard Sunday morning at 10 o’clock on 93.5 KKBN and at 9 a.m. on STAR 92.7.
