Supervisors Will Recognize Pedro At Board Meeting

Sonora, CA — At Tuesday’s Tuolumne County Supervisors meeting the board will honor outgoing CAO Craig Pedro’s 34 years with the county.

Pedro is scheduled to receive a special resolution from the board at 11am.

In other business, the supervisors will vote on appointing incoming Tax Collector Justin Birtwhistle to finish out the final month of the retiring Shelley Piech’s term of office.

There will also be votes on setting a time and place for next year’s retreat, setting the timeline for voting on the General Plan Update, and have a discussion about the county’s 2019 state and federal legislative platform.
