Emergency Preparedness In Mother Lode

Sonora, CA — This weekend’s Mother Lode Views will feature a panel of guests speaking about issues that residents need to keep in mind and prepare for ahead of the winter months.

Topics will include the increased threat of flooding near the Donnell Fire burn scar, tree mortality projects underway, the availability of the flu vaccine, dealing with prolonged power outages, and other pertinent issues.

Guests will include Tuolumne County Office of Emergency Services Coordinator Jason Terry, Tuolumne County Health Officer Dr. Bob Bernstein and Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Eric Erhardt.

Mother Lode Views airs Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:30 on AM 1450 and FM 102.7 KVML. Mother Lode Views can also be heard Sunday morning at 10 o’clock on 93.5 KKBN and at 9 a.m. on STAR 92.7.
