Update: Semi Vs. Vehicle Crash At Yosemite Junction

Update at 3:30 p.m.: The CHP reports that the wreckage from a semi versus vehicle crash on Highway 108 at the Yosemite Junction in the Jamestown area has been cleared. Luckily there are no injuries in the crash even though originally a person in the vehicle was pinned inside. The collision is under investigation.

Original post at 3:15 p.m.: Jamestown, CA — Emergency crews are on the scene of a semi versus vehicle crash on Highway 108 in the Jamestown area.

The CHP reports the wreck is at the Yosemite Junction and that one person is pinned in the vehicle, which is on it right-side in the westbound. The Big Rig is blocking the eastbound lane. Traffic is getting backed up in the area. There is no word on injuries at this time. More details will be posted as soon as new information comes into the newsroom.
