HWY 108 Crash In Tuolumne County Slows Traffic

Jamestown, CA — A sedan versus pickup crash on Highway 108 near the Montezuma Junction has traffic backed up to O’byrnes Ferry Road during this evening commute to kick off the weekend.

The CHP reports the two vehicles collided just before the Highway 49 turn off towards Chinese Camp. The CHP reports that the vehicles have been moved to the shoulder of Highway 108 but traffic is slow going as can be seen in the picture in the image box.  The CHP is asking motorists to try to avoid the area if at all possible or find an alternative route. Luckily, the CHP reports no injuries in the collision.
