Update at 11:10am: A fire that ignited in the attic of a home in the 3800 block of Church Street in Vallecito has been contained. Resources responded this morning from the Murphys Fire Department, CAL Fire, Angels Camp, Altaville-Melones, San Andreas Fire and Ebbetts Pass Fire. What ignited the fire is under investigation. No injuries were reported.
Original story posted at 7:50am: Vallecitio, CA — Firefighters are on the scene of a structure fire reported in the 3800 block of Church Street in Vallecito.
Smoke was visible coming from the roof when the responders first arrived on scene. It is near the intersection of Cemetery Lane. Be prepared for activity in the area.
