Calaveras County, CA — The CHP reports that emergency responders are on the scene of a reported vehicle accident near the Hathway Pines area involving a truck down an embankment. The CHP indicates that the location is along Candy Rock Road near Hunter Dam Road. It is unclear if the vehicle is occupied, according to officials, and emergency responders will need to rappel down to the crash site. Be prepared for activity in that area.
