Sonora, CA — This weekend is a chance to hear from District Five Republican Congressman Tom McClintock when he is the guest on Mother Lode Views.
McClintock will weigh in on issues like the recently failed immigration bill, why he opposed a ban on TikTok, efforts to improve forest health, water projects he is pushing for, and debates over potential regulations on artificial intelligence.
In addition, he will talk about the current state of politics in Washington, DC, and the anticipated Biden vs. Trump Presidential rematch. McClintock will also weigh in on President Joe Biden’s new budget proposal.
Congressional District Five includes all of Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne and Mariposa counties, western El Dorado County, and eastern Stanislaus, Madera and Fresno counties.
