Update: Power Outages Spread Across Mother Lode

Update at 7:45am: PG&E is making progress restoring customers that lost power overnight.

The company reports that there remains 22 customers without electricity near the Heavenly Hills subdivision outside of Jamestown. In addition 22 remain without power off Highway 108 near Sanguinetti Road.

Original story posted at 6:10am: Sonora, CA — Following the storm system overnight there are some power outages in the Mother Lode this morning.

PG&E reports that 244 customers are without power west of Jamestown in the Heavenly Hills region. The outage is impacting stretches of French Flat Road, Rawhide Road, Highway 49 and Reynolds Ferry Road. A damaged power pole was located and the lights should be back on at around 8:15am.

There are 550 customers without power east of La Grange near Highway 132 and Banderilla Drive. Full restoration there should come by 7:30am.

There are also 22 without power in Sonora off Highway 108 near Sanguinetti Road. Full restoration is anticipated by 7am.
