Update: Ambulance Responds To Crash On Parrotts Ferry Road

Update at 8:50am: Both traffic lanes of Parrotts Ferry Road are now back open following a crash near Moaning Cave Road. There is no additional information at this time in regards to injuries.

Update at 8:15am: The CHP reports that both lanes of Parrotts Ferry Road, near the accident scene, will be closed for at least the next 30 minutes. You will want to avoid the area.

Original story posted at 7:55am: Calaveras County, CA — The CHP reports that a crash has occurred on Parrotts Ferry Road near Moaning Cave Road in Calaveras County.

Traffic is backing up in the area, so be prepared for a delay. An ambulance is responding to the incident. At least one vehicle is reportedly blocking Parrotts Ferry Road. Travel with caution in the area.
