YCCD Chancellor Replacement List Down To Four

Modesto, CA — The Yosemite Community College District (YCCD) Chancellor Search Committee will hold an open candidate forum to choose who will fill the position.

The committee has narrowed the field to four finalists that include Dr. Larry G. Buckley, Dr. David L. Rule, Dr. Walt Tribley, and Henry Chiong Vui Yong. One will be chosen to take over for the Interim Chancellor Jane Harmon who assumed the position in January following the retirement of Chancellor Emeritus Joan Smith. Harmon will leave the post in June.

YCCD officials say that the open forums will give each finalist an opportunity to discuss their preparation for the position, their education and leadership philosophy, and respond to written questions from the audience.  To view the candidates’ profiles click here: YCCD Chancellor Search Finalists Profiles
