Supervisors To Discuss Planning Commission, Marijuana and Flooding

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors will meet today.

One item on the agenda is to fill the open District Three Tuolumne County Planning Commission seat. Six people have submitted applications,  Heidi Lupo, Jerry Morrow, Robert Carabas, Erin Ross, Laurie Sylwester and Mark Ferreira. The seat was previously held by John Latorre.

In addition, the Supervisors will hear the latest on the local State of Emergency due to flooding and storm damage. The Board will also talk about the group that will review marijuana rules and regulations in the county and consider appointments to that committee.

Also, the board will vote on a $391,131 change order related to additional costs for the construction of the Mother Lode Juvenile Detention Facility. Today’s meeting starts at 9am and you can watch live video in the multimedia section of myMotherLode.com brought to you by Blue Mountain Minerals.
