A Festival Of Lights For Lost Loved Ones

Sonora, CA– Sonora’s hospital grounds will be lit up in memory of family members that have passed with the proceeds to benefit Hospice of Sierra.

Sonora Regional Medical Center’s 6th Annual Festival of Lights is Thursday, December 1, from 5 to 6 p.m. at the entrance to the Professional Center and Community Pharmacy at 900 Greenley Road. The entrance to the medical center at Delnero Street will once again shine brightly with holiday lights and decorations.

Friends and family can donate to hospice by purchasing those lights, tree decorations and decorated trees on the grounds in honor or in memory of loved ones.  At the event, a program will list all the honorees and afterwards the honor roll will be on display at the hospital during the month of December.  All the funds raised from the event will help patients and families needing hospice care who cannot afford it.  If you are interested in donating, contact the Foundation at 536-5022.
