The Calaveras County Public Works Department has closed a road in the Jesus Maria area so motorists will need to take an alternate route.
Hawver Road is closed from Victory Lane to Jesus Maria Road for a storm drainage reconstruction project. The closure is starting today and will run through Wednesday, October 26. The public works department requests residents to plan ahead and use alternate routes during the duration of the project.
