Traffic Delays Anticipated On Parrotts Ferry Road

Columbia, CA — Due to surveying work, there may be traffic delays on Parrotts Ferry Road in Columbia today.

T.U.D. reports that officials will be surveying along the shoulder of the road as part of the prep work for the Gold Springs Sewer Replacement Project. Traffic control operations will be set up at various points between the hours of 8am-noon. The Gold Springs Sewer Replacement Project will replace 5,510 linear ft. of sewer force main and 963 ft. of sewer gravity main along the east side of Parrotts Ferry Road. Moyle Excavation has been awarded the construction contract. It is part of this year’s TUD Capital Improvement Plan.
