Jamestown, CA — You may notice some fire activity along Jamestown Road this morning.
CAL Fire reports that a vegetation fire was reported at 9:45am in an area between Racetrack Road and Golf Links Road. The 10 ft. x 10 ft. spot fire was extinguished by locals before the first responders arrived. An engine is currently on scene helping to mop-up. What ignited the fire is under investigation. Be prepared for activity in the area.
