Speeding Led To Motorcycle Crash

Chinese Camp, CA — The CHP reports a man was seriously injured in a motorcycle wreck on Highway 120 near Chinese Camp.

The crash happened around 4:43 p.m. Thursday near Sims Road. The CHP says 23-year-old Jimmy Mac of San Diego was driving a 2015 Yamaha motorcycle on the highway when he lost control due to his speed. Mac suffered major injuries including broken bones and road rash. He was taken by ambulance to Sonora Regional Medical Center.
