Update at 9:15 a.m.: Firefighters report no flames when they arrived at the home in the 1800 block of Manzanita Drive near Coniferous Drive, according to Cal Fire dispatch. The original report came into dispatch that flames were coming out of the chimney and the roof had caught fire.
Original post at 8:40 a.m.: Arnold, CA — Firefighters are headed to the scene of a possible structure fire in the Arnold area.
Cal Fire reports the fire was called in at 8:35 this morning for a home on the 1800 block of Manzanita Drive near Coniferous Drive and Flamingo Way east of Moran Road and creek. Cal Fire reports the caller stated that flames were coming out of the chimney and then the roof caught fire. We will bring you updates as soon as they come into the newsroom.
