Update: Winter Storm Warning

The Winter Storm Warning for the Sierra Nevada remains in effect through 4 AM Thursday.

Total snow accumulations will range from five to sixteen inches above 4,000 feet.

Winds of ten to twenty mph will continue with gusts up to forty mph.

A Winter Storm Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow are forecast that will make travel difficult. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
