Update at 10:30am: The CHP reports Tuolumne Road has been cleared of the wreckage and debris that blocked one lane of the roadway. Traffic is moving freely once again.
Update at 10:20am: The CHP reports a woman has been taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center complaining of pain to her collar bone. Tow crews are on the scene working to clear the wreckage.
Original Post at 10am: Sonora, CA — Emergency crews are on the scene of a solo-vehicle crash on Tuolumne Road in near Standard Road in Sonora.
The CHP reports the vehicle went off the roadway, through a fence and sheared a telephone pole. One lane is blocked with officers directing one-way traffic control. Traffic is backed up so motorists will want to use caution in the area and slow down. There is no word on injuries.
