T.U.D. Repairing Waterline Break

Sonora, CA — A main T.U.D. waterline broke in downtown Sonora this afternoon, and it is impacting customers.

T.U.D. Spokesperson Lisa Westbrook says the break is located near the area of Hope Street and Shepherd Street. Water has been turned off to some customers while the repairs are being made. Other customers in downtown Sonora are asked to conserve water as much as possible throughout the evening. It is unclear how long it will take to make the needed repairs. You should avoid the area of Hope Street and Shepherd Street.
