Jamestown, CA – Tuolumne County Sheriff’s officials are actively searching for a suspect want on felony warrants.
Sheriff’s Officials report an attempted traffic stop in Jamestown around 2 p.m. resulting in a chase with deputies down Jamestown Road to Gunsight Road and Upper Quail Mine Road. Sheriff’s officials report that is when the suspect, who has not been identified, jumped out of the car taking off on foot. A search is still in progress according to Sheriff’s official in the Big Hill area.
