Updated: Bear Hit On Highway 108

Jamestown, CA — The CHP reports that a couple of vehicles have reportedly hit a bear on Highway 108/120 near Green Springs Road.

The incident was reported to the CHP at 6am. Officials report the bear was hit by both a mini-van and motorhome. The animal is reportedly in the center divide of the Highway. No injuries have been reported to those inside the vehicles. Expect some activity in the area.

Officials with the Department of Fish and Game are responding.
