Serving Up Christmas Dinner

Sonora, CA — There will be several free community Christmas dinners in the Mother Lode over the next couple of days.

Tuolumne County’s Community Christmas Eve Day Dinner will run from noon until 6pm, Wednesday, at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds. It is supported by Interfaith Community Social Services, the Kiwanis Club of Sonora, and several other citizens, businesses and civic groups.

The Calvary Chapel of Sonora is putting on free Christmas Day Dinners in both Sonora and Tuolumne. They will be held at the Sonora Opera Hall and the Tuolumne Memorial Hall, Thursday, from 1-4pm.

The Jamestown Christian Fellowship will be host a meal, Thursday, from 1-3pm. It will be held at the Jamestown Elementary School.

Anyone is able to attend these various free events.
