Sonora, CA — The new look T.U.D. Board of Directors will elect its leader for the next year.
Following last month’s election, the board will be comprised of Jim Grinnell, Kent Johnson, Ron Kopf, John Maciel and Ron Ringen. Exiting the Board are Ruanne Mikkelsen, Delbert Rotelli and Mike Sarno. At Tuesday’s meeting, the new board will select a new President and Vice President. John Maciel has been serving as President for the past year.
In addition, the Board will vote whether to approve a recruitment profile, in relation to the search for a new General Manager. The Board will also vote whether to approve a contract for the Douglassville Mine Road Water Main Project. As reported previously, the state is providing funding to provide treated water to property owners in that area of Columbia, as a result of wells running dry.
Tuesday’s meeting starts at 2pm in the T.U.D. meeting room.
