Day Two – Interfaith Cash Drive

Sonora, CA — Generous individuals and businesses are invited to participate right now to challenge each other and support Interfaith Social Services. The annual Clarke Broadcasting Santa Fly In Cash Drive for Interfaith began yesterday and continues today from 6Am to 10AM. Tune into Star 92.7 and 93.5 KKBN for friendly donation challenges and to be a part of creating the biggest positive news story all year. Yesterday $7,000 was raised to help families in need.

Last year, by the end of the event, close to $40,000 was raised for Interfaith. Be the first to challenge your friends, family and other businesses to donate by calling (209) 533-1450.

One hundred percent of all donations go to Interfaith Social Services. According to Interfaith Director Cathy Peacock, each dollar donated will be leveraged to buy seven dollars of food and clothing. Interfaith is open all year and annually serves more than 36,000 people according to their need. Interfaith also provides showers, haircuts, firewood, job search assistance and many other services.

For details, or to donate online now, visit the Santa Fly-In event page. Donations can be made anonymously and all support is celebrated live on-air on both Star 92.7 and 93.5 KKBN.

Also of note, tomorrow is the big Santa Fly-In and Coat Drive at Standard Park.
