Pinecrest Lake, CA — The CHP is heading to the scene of a solo vehicle crash near Pinecrest Lake. The CHP reports a vehicle went down an embankment on Highway 108 west of the Pinecrest Lake exit. There are also reports that individuals may be trapped in the vehicle and the eastbound lane is blocked. We will bring you more information as soon as it is available.

Update 2:50 pm: The CHP now reports it is a pickup that went down an embankment on Highway 108 west of the Pinecrest Lake exit near Camp Blue Road. There are reports that the driver involved in the crash is refusing treatment and attempting to drive away. Initial reports were that the roadway was block, but the CHP confirms it is one to traffic.
Update 3:10 pm: The CHP reports minor injuries in the crash.
