Sonora, CA – The 2013-14 Tuolumne County Civil Grand Jury Final Report is out. The Rim Fire, Tuolumne Utilities District (T.U.D.), the jail and AB109 were all a focus of the report. The report states, “The juries function is to investigate the operations of various officers, departments and agencies of local government.”
In regards to the county’s Office of Emergency Services (OES) handling of the Rim Fire, the jury found that “the OES is an efficient operation and, in our opinion, the Plan was followed before, during and after the Rim Fire.”
