Forward Spread Stopped On Fire

Tuttletown, CA — Firefighters have stopped the forward spread of a five-acre fire near Tuttletown.

CAL Fire reports that it started shortly before 4pm in an area off Highway 49. No homes or buildings were damaged by the fire. The cause is under investigation. Firefighters will continue the mop-up phase for an extended period this evening.
