A Rising Sonora Star

Sonora, CA — A Sonora business wins a prestigious state award.  Cole Video on Linoberg Street in downtown Sonora has been honored with the “Rising Star of the Year Business Award” by the University of California’s Small Business Development Centers.

“It’s pretty honoring,” says Owner Cole Przybyla, “It’s a pretty big pool of people that, our region, it’s about 10 to 15 different counties all the way down to Kern County, so it wasn’t a small little thing to win the rising star.”

Cole Video is a video marketing and social media services company. The company also won the 2013 Tuolumne County Business of the Year Award.

Przybyla believes he was picked because of his age “I’m a 24-year-old man working on my own business. Also, the business has grown double each year.”
