Donor Funds Helping Out

Sonora, CA –Several types of donor funds provide charitable giving in Tuolumne County for a wide range of needs. Sonora Area Foundation Director Ed Wyllie details a few of the approximately 180 donor funds at the Sonora Area Foundation in his new blog.

His list includes agency designated funds that serve the specific interests of ATCAA, Habitat for Humanity, Friends of Tuolumne County Library, WATCH, Sierra Repertory Theatre and Support Sonora School, “Just to name a few,” Wyllie says.

There are also field of interest funds, designated funds, donor advised funds, and Wyllie reports “The  Foundation’s fastest growing group of donor funds is scholarship funds.”

For more information about the donor funds held by the Foundation read Wyllie’s blog “Donor Funds Helping Our Community” here.
