Sunday Traffic Hazards

Sonora, CA — As precipitation continues to hit the Mother Lode, it is resulting in some traffic hazards.

In Tuolumne County, the CHP reports that a vehicle has gone off the embankment along Highway 108 between Leeland Creek and Snow Park. No injuries have been reported, and a tow truck is arriving to the scene.

In Calaveras County, a vehicle has spun-around on Highway 4 near Pool Station Road. It is blocking a portion of the westbound lane. No one was injured.

There is also a large pine tree down in the Copperopolis area that is blocking the 7000 block of Rock Creek Road. Motorists will need to find an alternate route.

As of 11:15am, PG&E reports that there are no power outages in either Tuolumne or Calaveras Counties.
