Pfeiffer Ready To Sing In Christmas Crooner Concert

Josh Pfeiffer will perform this Saturday December 14 at the Sonora High School Auditorium, with his 10 piece band in “A Christmas Crooner Concert” with special guests.

Pfeiffer was Wednesday’s KVML “Newsmaker of the Day”.

This is an all ages, family friendly event to benefit Foothill Leadership Academy.

Foothill Leadership Academy is a new public charter school serving K-8 grades opening in Sonora in August 2014. All funds raised from this event will go towards facility renovations and improvements for Foothill Leadership Academy (FLA).

Pfeiffer is a Mother Lode native who got an early start with music, writing his first song, and singing on a children’s album by the age of nine. Pfeiffer was a part of Summerville High School’s “Jazz at 8” choir. With Pfeiffer’s love for big band music, he released his debut cd, “American Crooner Act:1″ featuring standards as well as original songs in the style of Harry Connick Jr., Frank Sinatra, and Michael Buble’. He is often compared to singer Buble’, yet retains his own authenticity.
