Update at 11:02am: The CHP reports that the big rig that was blocking Highway 49 near Jackass Hill Road has now been removed. Traffic is getting through the area freely.
Original story posted at 9:18am: Sonora, CA — The CHP reports that a big rig truck is jack-knifed on Highway 49 near Jackass Hill Road.
Traffic is blocked in the area, and tow truck is responding. Be prepared for a traffic delay in that area.
