Healthy Eating And Retreat On Agenda

Sonora, CA — The Sonora City Council will schedule an upcoming retreat and hear a presentation from the Tuolumne County Health Officer.


At tonight’s meeting the Council will vote whether to cancel the November 4 regular meeting, and then schedule the Council’s annual retreat for the day of November 5. It would be open to the public and held at the Sonora Fire Station.


The Council will also hear a presentation from County Health Officer Dr. Todd Stolp about the opportunity for Sonora to receive a “Healthy Eating Active Living City” designation.


In addition, Police Chief Mark Stinson will introduce Sara Westfall to the City Council. She was recently hired as a Police Dispatch-Records Specialist Trainee.


Tonight’s meeting begins at 5:00pm at Sonora City Hall.
