Sonora City Council Meeting

The City Council will hear a report on business license activity, and vote whether to approve a couple of proclamations.


The Council will decide whether to proclaim October as National Arts and Humanities Month in the city, and proclaim October 6-12 as Fire Prevention Week. In addition they will vote to approve the closure of Washington Street for the November 29 Historic Downtown Christmas Parade.


Towards the end of the meeting they will also receive a report on business license activity in the city. Today’s meeting begins at 5pm at Sonora City Hall.
