Sonora, CA — The CHP has identified the driver that was killed in a crash on Phoenix Lake Road Friday afternoon.
57-year-old Janiece Ross of Sonora lost control of her 2005 Nissan near Sommette Drive and crashed into a tree. The CHP says that officers are still investigating details related to the crash. The accident happened at 12:25pm. No other vehicles were believed to be involved.
