San Andreas, CA — Calaveras County Sheriff’s Department is asking for your help to locate a missing elderly man from Mokelumne Hill. This afternoon they issued a Silver Alert for 79-year-old Frank Souza was last seen last night around 6:00 pm at a residence on Railroad Flat Road.
Sgt. Chris Hewitt says, “Souza suffers from various medical ailments, including dementia. They say he has a large black dog with him. Foul play is not suspected at this time.”
Souza was driving his red 2008 Toyota Tacoma extended cab truck with California license plate 8S06821. The truck has a large, black deer guard attached to the front. He is described as a Caucasian male, 5’09” tall, 240 pounds, with grey hair and hazel eyes.
If you see him or know of his whereabouts you are asked to contact the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office at 209-754-6500.
