Law enforcement agencies will be out in force through New Year´s targeting drunk drivers. The National Safety Council predicts more than 500 people will lose their lives in accidents caused by impaired drivers during the New Year´s holiday period. Another 28 thousand are expected to suffer disabling injuries.
