Supervisors Deadlocked In Mountain Springs EIR Vote-Report Stands

The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors were deadlocked in a 2-2 vote today to decertify the report. The tie vote means the project´s developers can present an accelerated version of the controversial development without needing a new impact report.
