Ellie Nesler will have a preliminary hearing Monday at the Tuolumne County Superior Court in Sonora.
More details of her October arrest will be revealed as the state will show evidence of its case.
Nesler is charged with distribution of methapmhetimine and possession of materials used to manufacture the drug.
The hearing begins at 1 p.m.
After her 1993 conviction, Nesler served three years in prison for the courtroom slaying of a man accused of molesting her son.
