A funeral is scheduled tomorrow in Angels Camp for the founding Dean of the Texas Tech University School of Law.
Richard Bruce Amandes was 74 when he died Sunday. Amandes was also Assistant Dean at the University of Washington and associate dean at Hastings College of Law.
